AI-assisted content optimization with review control

ContentGuard AI helps WordPress teams improve existing posts without losing editorial control. It can prepare an optimized draft, suggest a title, focus keyword and meta description, then let an editor review the result before anything goes live.

Key features

  • Manual and scheduled optimization workflows.
  • Provider support for modern AI models through configured API keys.
  • Side-by-side review before applying changes.
  • Yoast SEO focus keyword and meta description updates when approved.

Best for

Use it for content libraries that need steady SEO maintenance, clearer copy and controlled refreshes without rewriting every article by hand.

How to Use

  1. Connect your providers. Add your Claude, Gemini, or OpenAI API keys from the Settings screen and refresh the available model lists.
  2. Choose your default workflow. Set a default provider, optional fallback provider, output settings, cron strategy, and post selection logic.
  3. Run a manual optimization when needed. Enter a post ID, optionally override the provider or model, and generate a pending version.
  4. Review before publishing. Open the review screen to compare the original and optimized content side by side, along with the proposed SEO title, meta description, and focus keyphrase.
  5. Approve or reject confidently. Save only the versions you like. Rejected drafts are discarded cleanly, and approved versions are written back into the post workflow.
  6. Use cron for ongoing maintenance. Schedule recurring checks for posts that were never optimized, recently modified, oldest published, newest published, or randomly selected from eligible content.
